Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is ideally located at the downtown intersection of Mason and Milwaukee, making it super convenient to access nearby activities. The rooms were a bit dark but had delightful amenities like Avada products and a Kohler bathroom with a fireplace. The service, while attempting to be good, had some rude incidents, like wrong drinks being served and cherries thrown, with an explanation about renovations. The dining experience in the restaurant was delicious and quick, especially with the Singapore noodles. The hotel's facilities provided added convenience but could be enhanced further.
My stay at the hotel was lovely. The rooms were nice, and despite ongoing renovations, they were very comfortable with great amenities like Avada products and a Kohler bathroom. The service was top-notch, with a very friendly and courteous staff. The location was perfect for exploring downtown and enjoying various activities, although some may find it slightly overpriced. The dining experience was delicious, but I did have to wait a bit for a host. Overall, a great stay with minor room for improvement.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms are so large it felt like having my own apartment, and their uniqueness compared to other downtown hotels was a pleasant surprise. They are spacious, almost like those in a 5-star hotel, with a separate living room area and a second TV. The service was top-notch, with everyone being very friendly despite a small hiccup of missing coffee k-cups due to renovations. The location was superb, making exploring different parts of the city easy, with everything within walking distance from the Art Museum to the River Walk and plenty of dining options nearby. The dining experience was very nice and accommodating, especially in the on-site French restaurant. Overall, a great value for money stay.
I must say, the room at this hotel was one of the most comfortable places I've ever stayed. Despite being a bit outdated with an unusual layout, the huge living space gave me ample room to entertain. On the downside, the curved wall separating the bedroom from the seating area made the room feel a bit uncomfortable.
